Our rates are $50 for shipping, no matter how many geckos you order, which includes a new box insulated with styrofoam and heat or cold packs as necessary.
ORDERS All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept postal money orders, cashier's checks, PayPal, or personal checks. Visa and Mastercard accepted through Paypal only at this time. Please make money orders or personal checks out to Debbie Prince. We welcome personal checks, but we will only ship once we can confirm the check has cleared our account. At the time of payment please provide us with your full name, complete shipping address, and daytime and nighttime phone numbers. If you would like to pay via Paypal, please verify that the gecko you are interested in is still available. If so, please click the Paypal logo above, which will direct you to Paypal's website. Sign into your account, or make a one time payment using any major credit card. Our Paypal account information is: info@thegeckoprince.com As soon as payment is received, I will email you, and we will discuss shipping dates (when someone will be home to sign for the geckos, and when the weather permits.)
If you will be paying by check or money order, please let me know that too so I can be expecting your payment.
California residents will be charged 7.375% sales tax. However, California residents also qualify for reduced shipping costs - please inquire.
Geckos can be placed on hold for 7 days without a deposit. If a deposit or full payment is not received within 7 days, the animal will be put up for sale again. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an animal for up to 1 month. If full payment is not received within 1 month, the deposit will be forfeited and the animal put up for sale again. SHIPPING We require that someone over the age of 18 years is home to sign for the package and unpack the animals ASAP. We can not be responsible for carrier delays. We ship all geckos Fed Ex Priority Overnight, which usually arrives before 10:30 am (but can be later.) The geckos are shipped in a styrofoam insulated box, and heat or cold packs added as needed. Tracking numbers are provided so you may check the status of your package online. We reserve the right to delay shipping due to extreme weather conditions (below 40 F or above 90 F.) If you insist on shipping during extreme weather, we will not guarantee live delivery. GUARANTEES
We offer a 7 day guarantee on all animals. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact with us within the specified timeframe to get a full refund or replacement of equal value. If you elect to return your shipment you will be responsible for all expenses required to properly and safely return the animals.
We guarantee live delivery as long as someone 18 years or older is home to sign for the package as arranged.
We guarantee animals are healthy, eating, and sexed properly (unless sold as unsexed or temperature sexed).

We reserve the right to refuse a guarantee due to improper care or husbandry.
